| This is a complex trip through Western Africa –challenging, interesting and dangerous in the same time. During such a trip you really get to know the African continent, not only the beauties of the landscape, which most of the people are acquainted with during planned trips, but the difficulties of the population, the bureaucracy and corruption.

| It may seem funny, but in the end it was not: “Begin the day with an elephant charge. We startled this big bull elephant and he returned the favor by stomping within 10 feet of us. Our adrenaline day continued in the afternoon with a hippo attack. Without warning, a hippo flared out of the water, bit and flipped over the third canoe of our group”.

| This is one of the most complex trips I perhaps read about: different countries, different cultures, people, animals, rivers, lakes, volcanoes, camps, luxury hotels, all in one. But the most important is the real adventure that the generous African Continent can offer.

| A dozen extreme insect bites with huge itchy welts on the body... Nice souvenirs from the jungle:) Still, a trip to the jungle at Chitwan is a very nice experience: elephant riding, bird watching and tigger spotting are only a few of the activities that one can do there.

| The famous chocolate factory and the chocolate museum in Cologne greats tourists with the fragrance of chocolate when they walk through the door. Martin, the marketing manager of the factory, describes chocolate as a “luxurious” beverage that leaves one “in a nice mood,” as opposed to coffee which he says is a “violent way to begin the day.”

| Lisbon can indeed maintain the chic of a very modern artsy city with the reminiscences of the trendy old Arab and the grandeur of the imperialistic style. You can witness this by visiting the Praça do Comércio with the Arco da Rua Augusta in December, where a giant Christmas tree is installed. It’s indeed a fairy atmosphere.

| “Lisbon is very much aware of its own beauty. In every high lying place you find a miradouro with a great view of the city. And there is much to see. Moreover, Lisbon has a lively nightlife with restaurants, cafés and extraordinary old coffeehouses”. The look of the city is defined by trams dating for the XX century, museum pieces themselves.
