One Million Jobs
Submitted by bindero on 2007-03-14 09:38:57 (via 1mjobs.blogspot.com)
The trip to Bahrain was awesome – first class flight, airport lounge, a Benz at the end of the tube, accommodation at the top flour of the hotel, dinners and cocktails in most fashionable places of Manama. You would think you must have full pockets of money to be treated like this. Well, you just have to have a wonderful wife and a good job.

Bondi Beach and the CBD
Submitted by lisa on 2007-03-14 09:36:13 (via lloydi.com)
Sidney - a beautiful city, famous for the Summer Olympiad in 2000, ocean surfing, very nice people proud of the place they are living in, and a new concept in marketing - BYO, which means Bring Your Own (I would definitely like we to have this concept) Did I omit something?

Glacier National Park, Montana -Beautiful Lake McDonald
Submitted by christine on 2007-03-14 09:18:02 (via www.amwest-travel.com)
Just another nice article about the beauties of the North America – the Glacier National Park. Still being in the university at my geomorphology courses (I have graduated Geography), I was fascinated by glaciers and the forms of relief they can build over time. This park is an example of untouched, primary beauty, which I adore.

Der Maibaum
Submitted by kiwi on 2007-03-09 08:20:10 (via www.geocities.com)
There is a very curious tradition down in the south of Germany: Der Maibaum or the Maypole. An entire procession and a true challenge of force and endurance in trying to bring this long, ton-weighting pole into a vertical position, using human muscle power only. The process takes about two hours... boy!   More...

John Forrest National Park
Submitted by Adele on 2007-03-09 08:16:03 (via travelsight.tripod.com)
A well kept secret. The best time to visit this wonderful spot is in Spring, when the wildflowers put on their luscious display. And that is quite a site, absolutely splendid. For anyone mad about wild flowers this is the place to go.

Peru - a Fascinating Country
Submitted by Amber on 2007-03-09 08:06:16 (via www.trekdiary.com)
This article is a must. Where else will you get to visit a museum using your pocket torch light? The reason? Just a power cut. A place with outside-of-time spots, where civilization stops and you get hypnotized. A place where you can meet the local corpses. A place with so many unique features, that it would take me too much space to list them all.

Turkish Smells
Submitted by Laurentzi on 2007-03-09 07:50:29 (via www.gohither.net)
What’s with this… odor? No, this isn't the type of smell that one gets after exercise, nor after walking all day in the hot sun. No, this odor had an edge to it, a personality… It says, "here I am, you can't escape me." Pretty freaky, huh? But hey, here is the recipe to become a native. Then, who cares? The smell won’t matter anymore.

Iguazu
Submitted by pablo on 2007-03-07 07:58:44 (via volker.umpfenbach.de)
It was INCREDIBLE, BREATHTAKING, MINDBLOWING ... these are just a few words that can possibly describe the Iguazu Waterfalls in Argentina. “Guys, start saving money, quit your jobs or take a loooooong holiday and travel to South America !!!”   More...
