Fiji is the perfect destination for those who like scuba diving and snorkeling. The coral vegetation and fish are just so abundant, unbelievable! And the little lion fish which look more like tiger fish are so cute, affecting you just like playing with kittens.

MotorStars Italy Car Factory Tour
Submitted by lisa on 2007-04-27 10:26:27 (via landhop.com)
Visiting the Lamborghini Factory, truly not bad, guys! For the next hour or so they “drooled over the cars, taking pictures, looking at the rims, and wishing they had a lot more money to be able to afford such a piece of machinery. It was like a kid in a candy store, without any money”. So cool!   More...

Bologna: Foodie Town
Submitted by christine on 2007-04-27 10:19:32 (via www.slowtrav.com)
"Fred Plotkin, author of Italy for the Gourmet Traveler, says that Bologna is a food-lover's paradise. We did eat very well in Bologna. The Italians have a genius for that perfect mixing and counter play of flavors”. I totally agree with the authors:).

The Final Mountain Pass
Submitted by bindero on 2007-04-20 10:23:38 (via www.npr.org)
The view of a person that have just reached the final destination of his pilgrimage… a little more than just the description of the route. There is something special happening in the mind of a person going in a pilgrimage, I would say a long and hard road prepares the people for the scope of pilgrimage, purifies the thoughts and lightens the soul.

Personal Space, Private Lives
Submitted by bindero on 2007-04-20 10:21:58 (via www.npr.org)
Unbelievable how can people feel different about things as old as the earth and since the apparition of the humanity. Notions like land, property and ownership are so differently perceived by Americans and Tibetans… Is it the result of the social development or the profoundness of the Tibetan philosophy?   More...

Rurrenabarque and the Pampa
Submitted by christine on 2007-04-18 10:41:53 (via volker.umpfenbach.de)
Alligators, snakes, piranhas the all must beautiful animals of the planet seem to concentrate in this region of Bolivia. Anyway, so a nice travelogue resulted out of all this. It’s fantastic that people are still able to perceive the miracle of the jungle, of the wild nature hidden somewhere in South America.   More...

Dude Ranch Vacation Travelogue
Submitted by roxy on 2007-04-18 10:37:11 (via www.hiltonhead-usa.com)
There seems no boredom at the Waunita Quest Ranch. There are so many activities to do that there appears the overwhelming temptation to try them all. Good decision, but after having a vacation at this ranch make sure to have some extra days to rest at home before you go to work.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Submitted by bindero on 2007-04-13 03:36:26 (via www.vagabonding.com)
"Whatever you do," our guide Steven cautioned, "do not run if a gorilla charges you." "What happens if he catches you?" I asked. "Just don't run," Steven replied”. Well, quite a promising dialog before going in a gorilla trekking. Gorilla watching is indeed a challenge, although this it is rather related to a bit of adrenaline.

Mate – The Magic Tea
Submitted by christine on 2007-04-05 11:23:40 (via www.gonomad.com)
“Mate is the most popular hot drink of Argentina and in particular, Buenos Aires. In this city of people that never sleep, Mate gives the Argentineans extraordinary energy. As one man here told me, “how else do you think people stay out all night dancing and barely sleep? It’s Mate.” Magic beverage, magic effect!   More...

Sailing is a Life of Extremes
Submitted by Adele on 2007-04-05 07:44:03 (via www.wherescherie.com)
The journey is a process, and sometimes that process is miserable. What do you do when sailing in the middle of the ocean and a storm hits you? It’s completely uncontained and uncontrolled: the clouds are violent, the rain drops - massive, like coins pounding noisily on the bow, and you have a lightning rod (called a mast) attached to you.   More...
