| “Padangbai Beach Inn would have been much nicer, if the ceiling fan didn't squeak (loudly), if the rooms had included top bed sheets and toilet paper, and if Sarah wasn't sick on the first night from something she ate.” But the Blue Lagoon nearby is a great reward, especially if your kids love snorkeling.

| “You'd need a pretty good map to find Les Bournizeaux. It is near Bergerac, about one and a half hour drive east of Bordeaux.” But the place is terrific, and so are the food and the castles in this area, as well as Les Eyzies-de-Tayac with its cave paintings and Museum of pre-history.

| About Spain it’s said to have “the grace of France, the carefree atmosphere of Italy, but its own uniquely Spanish flair.” How beautiful! But this article also talks of France and Greece, highlighting the most special moments one can experience there.

| Did you know that the land tortoise named Harriet that was captured by Charles Darwin in the Galapagos Islands and brought to England in the 1840's is found now in Australia Zoo. Over the past 160 years, she has made her way through various zoos to Australia and is expected to survive for another 80 years or so. Amazing!

| “Most travelers will tell you that they either loved or hated India. While it is admittedly a squalid, crowded, difficult place to travel, it was nevertheless one of the most exotic, colorful, and rewarding parts of my journey.” Short and at the same time highlighting the most worth seeing things, without hiding the reality.

| “All of you probably can remember a time when you were desperate for one!” Just as there is a diversity of cultures, so it is with toilets. And it’s quite fascinating to read about it in a first hand account from a couple that have experiences them all.

| In Vienna you can run in some pretty out-of-ordinary things, things that will create an uproar in other parts of the world. If you are a chocolate lover this is a dangerous place to be or to live. Soon you may get out of proportions. But back to Vienna – it can impress one a great deal!

| “Bhutan -- known also as "the land of the thunder dragon," but could just as easily be nicknamed, "land of the howling dogs", "land of the chili pepper", "land of the photo-op", or "land of butter products". We were thrilled to be finally in such a relaxing place.” And reading this I was impressed to learn about the way children behave there.

Birds of paradise… the flowing palms and the huge banyan trees… volcanic activity… Hawaiian dancing and singing…” That’s Hawaii and this isn’t just a report of what they did, but rather sharing their impression.
