1. How long has your business been operating, and how did it start up?

Balanzan Tours was created in 1995 in Segou, but it has got his License from Malian National Office of Tourism and Hotel Business in August 1996 (OMATHO). Created by Tiemoko Coulibaly, a former tourist Guide who is the Manager, known for his hard working and reliability. Balanzan Tours has been selected for participation in CBI’s Export Coaching Programme (ECP) for Tourism 2009-2014 by the Dutch Government after being inspected by an agent, we have to take part in our first seminar in Rotterdam in March 2010. Nowadays Balanzan Tours has done a real progression in it's work. It covers now 12 Countries in West Africa: Mali, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Benin, Togo, Senegal, Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Guinea Conakry, Mauritania and Niger.

2. What are the main attractions of your activity in the area you operate?

The main attractions of our activity in the area we operate are cultural and ecological tourism.

3. What unique features do you offer?

The unique features we offer is our reliability and our quickness to answer a customers.

4. What do your customers appreciate in you the most?

The most our customers appreciate in us is our quickness to answer via email or by phone call. We try to be always near to our customers.

5. You have been an InfoHub partner since February 2009, how would you describe your experience of working with InfoHub so far?

Since we have become an InfoHub partner in February 2009, we have learnt a lot about how to answer a customer through the different Newsletters sent by Mr. Roy, who helps us a lot with his advice.

6. How do you find InfoHub referrals, and how do you feel about the InfoHub system of generating referrals for you?

Most of InfoHub referrals are potential customers, they really want to travel, we find the InfoHub system of generating quite good. Since the beginning of our cooperation, we have got a considerable numbers of our tours confirmed.

7. How do you follow up with the referrals InfoHub sends to you?

The referrals Infohub send to us, we try to answer first quickly by email or phone, after confirmation we try to put them in a best condition to make their trip unforgettable.

8. Is there anything else you'd like our visitors to know about your business?

We want to inform our visitors that they can come to the festival of desert in Timbuktu with no worry about their security because now the Malian government and the rebellion have found an agreement and this place is no longer dangerous.
