What is covered by the Traveler Protection Program?
You send money to a travel supplier as payment for a travel booking.
The travel supplier simply disappear and as a result you never receive the service you paid for.

Who is eligible?

- You must receive approval from InfoHub prior to sending payment to the travel supplier. Each application
for traveler protection will be reviewed individually. InfoHub reserves the right to deny traveler protection to anyone with or without cause.
- You have not filed a traveler protection claim during the past 12 months.
- You are not a travel agent and you did not use a travel agent in the transaction with our supplier.
How much does it cost?
This program is designed to allay fears and concerns when sending payment for trips booked with the tour operators listed
on our site. If you meet the eligibility above, it cost you nothing. However remember, you must apply and receive approval for traveler protection before
