You will study English in small groups with an experienced teacher and also in brand-new facilities. The school is located in central London near the British Museum and be reached easily from the rest of London. You must be over 18 years of age, hard working and full of energy! Part-time evening classes are for students with an Intermediate level of English or higher. All classes will start at 18:30pm and finish at 21:00pm.
On the Part-time Evening Classes you can choose from 3 different courses which are tailored to your own individual needs:
- English for Work: You can study English needed to find, start and keep a job in the UK, such as CVs, interviews, negotiations and presentations.
- IELTS Preparation: This course is focused on skills required to take IELTS test: academic reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- General English / Cambridge English: Through this course you can improve your 4 skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing.
If you want to take the Cambridge Exam, you can prepare for the exam at the end of the course. Part-time Evening Classes will help you develop your English in the evening without stopping your work or activity in the day. On each course, you can benefit in the following ways:
- English for Work: You can improve your communication with your colleagues and your self-confidence in your office. Advance your English and win that promotion!
- IELTS Preparation: This course will help your chances of gaining a high score and winning that place in your first choice university.
- General English / Cambridge English: You can strengthen your core English skills and enrich your vocabulary.
Faculty Information:
Founded in 1989 Language in London is a small English school with 8 classrooms and a capacity of up to 100 students. The school recently moved from Camden (where it used to be called Camden College of English) to a fantastic 19th Century building by the British Museum in the center of London. The interior has been re-decorated and is an excellent learning environment. Stuart (Principal) & Greta (Marketing Manager) are a husband and wife team that live and breath the college, exude enthusiasm and give the college a real family feel.
