Serenity Scotland was founded by Iain Stewart in 2003. A member of the tourist board of Scotland, Serenity Scotland was featured on the BBC1 Holiday Programme in that year, a piece enabling people to experience both the nature and the culture of Scotland. Iain's background is in history and folklore (BA and M.Litt. qualifications)but he is also interested in people and holds a professional qualification in Life Skills Counselling (Glasgow College of Holistic Medicine 1997) and worked for seven years with people experiencing difficulties.
Serenity Scotland normally meet you at your hotel/ the airport in Edinburgh or Glasgow but pick up/ drop off can be anywhere in the UK. Tours are flexible to your needs. Serenity Scotland can package the tour and book the accommodation and handle the entrance fees for you. A popular tour is the 'must see' Classic Tour which is a 3-4 day tour including Stirling, Glen Coe, Isle of Skye, Loch Ness, Culloden and a distillery in Highland Perthshire. Tours can be built around specific places and people connected to culture, history, and folklore. Notes:
