Personally guided walking tours for pre-booked parties (minimum charge applies. Walks usually take about 1 hour around the town's historic streets, but can be extended to include a visit to sites on the town's periphery including the Britomart Monument and the historic cemeteries.

Akaroa Audio Guide for independent travellers is a recorded tour on headphones available from the Akaroa Information Centre 7 days per week, no pre-booking required. The tour takes approximately 90 minutes and distills the best of Suky's personally guided tours for an intense journey into Akaroa's fascinating role in the birth of New Zealand.
