Please allow 1.5 hours for your leisurely cruise as you soak in the tranquility, beauty and serenity that surrounds you. Enjoy the on-board commentary from your experienced nature guide as you cruise the shore-line for a closer look at the native trees and bird life, while on clear days you can enjoy the breath-taking backdrop of Mt Cook.

Fringed by stately Kahikatea forests, the color of the water in Lake Mapourika is truly unique and reflects everything in a surreal mirror-like image. As you explore and learn about the regions glaciers, make sure you keep an eye out for some of the New Zealand’s rarest native bird life along with other popular species, including
