Day 1: Going north, Jezreel Valley. Depart from Tel-Aviv, around 8:00 am. Tour mt. Gilboa - the site of the last battle of king Saul (1 Samuel 31:3-6). Seasonal blooming of the Royal Iris. Visiting the magnificent antiques of the Roman city of Beit-Shean – the capital of Roman province of Palestina Secunda. We'll Replay a bloody gladiator fight in the Amphitheater, "shop" around on the main streets, visiting ancient temples and "sweat" in the remains of the real Roman bath. Overnight: Tiberias.
Day 2: Golan Heights. Depart from Tiberias, around 9:00 am. "The peace lookout" - from south of the Golan Heights beautiful lookout over the mountains of Galilee and Sea of Galilee. Visit the ancient synagogue and ruins of ancient Jewish village of Umm El-Kanatir. Mt. Bental inactive volcano and Israeli army post open for tourists, overlook on Syria and the perfect place to discuss amazing story of battles of the Yom Kippur War (1973).
After lunch visit Druze village and enjoy the local oriental kitchen. Stop for cherry picking (May - June). Banias - described by many as a small paradise on the Golans. Visit the ancient Temples over the water area of Caesarea of Philipi, hike under the Fig trees to an amazing waterfall. Overnight: Tiberias.
Day 3: Galilee of religions. Depart from Tiberias, around 9:00 am. Capernaum – the city where Jesus spent 3 years. One of the most amazing ancient synagogues and a piece of world’s history. Visit the site of The miracle of the loaves and fishes (Luke 9:10-17) and St. Peter’s Primacy Church. Tour to the city of Nazareth – the hometown of Jesus. Includes visit the Basilica of the Annunciation, where Mary was announced by Angel Gabriel of that she is about to give birth to the Son of God (Luke 1:26-38). Haifa and Bahai Gardens – the Bahai faith is the youngest religion of Land of Israel. Bahai world center is located in Haifa, while its famous gardens already became the symbol of the city. Travel back to Tel-Aviv. End of the tour.
