Tomas Zukal and Michał Włodarski.

The Grand Tour of Poland, because it shows all aspects of Poland.

6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?

The satisfaction rate with our services exceeds 97%. We measure the feadback and improve the weeknesses. Each positive words help us a lot. It is difficult to weigh human kindness.

		We just returned from a 2-week trip to Europe (London, Warsaw, Krakow & Prague) and we think that Poland was the highlight of our vacation. Thanks very much ... view more to Patrycja Dabrowska and Stay Poland. Since we knew very little about Poland (Poland isn\'t a big destination point from America for some reason), we had to depend on Patrycja for so many things. We communicated back and forth with her over a few months (the size of our e-mail in the end was around 100 pages!) and she understood very well our wants and needs and her suggestions were always right on. Her suggestions for places to stay, to eat, tours to take and even a wonderful restaurant in Krakow for our Wedding anniversary. And when we realized that we had very little down time in Krakow and just wanted/needed a day to hang around and take a nice bike ride, we contacted her at the very last moment and she coordinated things for us – AND she even got us back half our money even when per the rules we should have forfeited the entire amount. 		The tour itself seemed fine. However, we did not feel like we were treated very well by the lady who prepared our travel, Patrycja Dabrowska. She seemed nice ... view more enough before we left on our trip even though there were a couple of times that she did not get back to us for a week or so & I had to contact someone else at the travel agency to try to get my questions answered. There was confusion when we were in Poland. We were to take an early train to Krakow. We had no idea that she had left information at the hotel front desk for us concerning the train as it was not in our itinerary which we were following. Because of this we missed our train & had to pay additional money for a later train. We called her to let her know what happened & she was very rude & said that information was in an e-mail she had sent to me before we left home. We exchanged a lot of e-mails. I did not feel it was my responsibility to keep track of her e-mails. We paid a lot of money for this trip & complete information should have been in the itinerary. She did not bother to even apologize for our inconvenience - just was very rude. She was fairly nice before she got our money but then didn't want anything to do with us!! She had even agreed to meet with us at the train station when we were returning from Krakow before we left home but then didn't even show up! All we wanted was an apology for the miscommunication & our added expense. All we got was a rude travel agent. That is no way for someone who deals with the public especially visitors to a foreign country. She put a damper on our long-awaited vacation. If I had received this kind of behavior from her initially, we never would have gone with this travel company as there are plenty of others out there. I would never go with them again & definitely would not recommend them to anyone else. There were several people interested in a similar trip & wanted to contact the same travel agent until I told them about the rudeness of Patrycja.

We always want to make our service fair and to provide you and all of our customers the highest standard. I regret that I did not know about your feeling earlier, when you were in Poland. Now, 2 months after your tour, it is very hard to respond to this complaint and offer something special for you. I am very sorry that you felt that you are treated in unfriendly and unpleasant way. I think it is a matter if misunderstanding because it was not my intention to be rude anytime. As an employee of M10150 I aspire to offer the best service for our customers. Your tour included the very best that Poland can offer - there were no hidden extras and our tour guide Zuza (Suzanna) was absolutely wonderful. Each day had a new highlight and seeing the Black Madonna was truly spine tingling. I have no hesitation in recommending M10150 to any future prospective clients. Selecting M10150 from the internet without any prior knowledge of your company was worrying but it was the best organised and time managed tour that I have ever done.
