I have 12 leases in Colorado that I will lease out for elk and deer hunting. This is a non guided do yourself type hunt. Most of the leases have cabins and lodging nearby. They all join a National Forest and BLM land.
I began hunting in Colorado over 20 years ago.
We have hunted with guides and do it yourself type hunts on private and public land, and find the do yourself hunt on private land to be most productive of all. I am licensed and bonded in Colorado, but I do not outfit or guide, but I do furnish maps and contact person on each lease. I limit the number of hunters to 4-8 per season.
We and the landowners have designated a low number of hunters (4-8) per season on each lease to guarantee a non-crowded, highly productive hunting environment. Our leases offer a wide selection of accommodations. We have leases with cabins, camping availability or if you wish a motel stay in the nearest town.The use of ATV's is permitted and encouraged on all our leases.
