To Homer’s Maroneia on the slopes of Mount Ismarus, where the M11399 is located at an altitude of 200 metres facing south-southwest. The first building of the hotel complex was built in 2000.
The hotel complex is situated in a lush garden of 20,000 m2, crossed by a stream bordered with plane trees. The area is famed for its microclimate and its Mediterranean landscape features. There are extensive olive groves and vineyards known for the quality of their produce.
Built in local traditional style, overlooking the plains of Thrace and the Aegean sea. Very close to the ancient city of Maroneia (2.700 years old) and two miles form the beach. The first building is built in 2001. The second and third 2005 (summer). Fully airconditioned, safe, hair dryer, direct phone, satelite TV, internet hot plug, hot spot WiFi b/g, home cinema, internet corner, wine cellar. 4x4 drives (two new Land Rovers 110) mountain bikes, birdwatching tours, hiking programs, local cave tours. |
