I had difficulty using the fax numbers provided to send credit card information. None of the numbers worked for me and eventually I had to email a scanned copy instead of faxing. Overall, staying at Palo Verde was marvelous! It is an amazing place with abundant wildlife and more birds than I have even seen. ... view more Rafael, the acting manager was fantastic - he took a lot of time to share the wonders of Palo Verde with us - taking us on guided walks and answering our endless questions with patience and good humor.
