Quail Country Lodge lies at the heart of the "Quail Hunting Capital of the World". Here, in Southwest Georgia, the habitat is perfect for the bobwhite, prince of all gamebirds. Outdoorsmen come from all over the nation to try their skills sighting in on the fast flying bobs and hens. Shooters come back again and again for some of the ’sportiest shotgunning’ on the face of the earth.
Quail Country is not your regular everyday ’run-of-the-mill’ shooting/hunting preserve. Our new 15-bedroom lodge is equipped with a conference room and a conference annex. Our decor is that of "rustic elegance." For your enjoyment our sporting clays and archery ranges are available year-round. Special off-season facility/lodging rates are available for corporate groups utilizing our conference facilities for seminars, planning sessions, sales meetings, etc.
In this day of dwindling quail habitat, a year round program of habitat improvement as well as the latest in Wildlife Management techniques are utilized to ensure a good quail population. Our quail hunting is enhanced by food plots that are planted annually near existing natural cover to retain and encourage growth and development of all types of wild game population. The esthetic value of our woodland and agricultural areas are equally as important as our wildlife population.
Outdoorsmen (and their ladies) come from all over the world (some from as far as Indonesia) to try their skills sighting in on the fast flying bobs and hens. Shooters come back again and again for some of the 'sportiest shotgunning' on the face of the earth.
Few ever forget the beautiful dog work, perfect points and exploding coveys that stir a man's soul. Relax aboard one of our specially equipped hunting vehicles as your guide and a brace of fine hunting dogs hunt the elusive bobwhite quail.

We hunt liberated quail as well as native wild bobwhites. Either truly tests your shooting skills!
