The M12370 is location on the Gulf of Alaska. We fish for Steelhead, Rainbow and Cutthroat Trout on the Tsivat River, which is a tributary of the World famous, but remote Tsiu River. The Tsiu has excellent Silver Salmon fishing and produces the biggest run of Silver Salmon in the State of Alaska.
FISHING: M12370 offer’s a large variety of fish for the heartiest of fisherman. The only complaint from customer’s are sore arms at the end of the day. These fish hit your bait hard and put up a big fight. After averaging between 20 and 100 fish per day, you can see how one’s arm’s might get sore. The Silver Salmon are as bright as chrome in these pristine water’s. They average 10 lbs. with some reaching over 20 lbs. Fishing for Silver’s start August 1st thru the middle of October. We also have a small run of Sockeye and Pink Salmon. If you like Duck and Goose hunting the Silver’s peak run is at the same time as the flight south for waterfowl is at it’s best. So you can cast and blast at the same time.
HUNTING: M12370 offer’s excellent Duck and Goose hunting. We sit in one of Alaska’s major flyways. Duck and Goose hunting starts in September and runs thru mid October. The Silver Salmon run and the Duck and Geese flight south for the winter are both at it’s peak during the same time, which gives you an excellent opportunity for both. We have large variety of Ducks and Geese. If you feel the urge for a great waterfowl hunting trip please visit us. Remember to bring plenty of ammo and gear to keep you warm and dry. Alaska’s weather can change rapidly so please be prepared.
