1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
Our guest business began in 2000 at the M12491 and we now have a sister ranch that is a working cattle, bison and guest ranch. (Zapata Ranch, www.zranch.org)

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
Ranchlands is a Colorado-based Ranching and Ranch Management Company that owns ranching operations and manages others for large-scale ranch owners. The CEO, Duke Phillips, is the head of a four-generation ranching family and has always been involved in ranching and land management.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
Our most popular package is the ranching with nature package where guests participate in all that we do, and also have the choice to take part in leisurely and outdoor recreation activities whenever they'd like.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
In 35 years of going on rides this ride and the accommodations has ranked among the absolute best. Breathtaking views wherever you turn,the most wonderful food, great horses, and most of all every one who is on staff is A-1 they will make your trip something to remember. For a truly super vacation the M12491 is the place!
