The Lake House can accommodate up to 10 guest. Located on NASA Road One in Seabrook Texas. Engage house or by the room, 4 bedrooms, 4-1/2 baths on NASA Rd. The Bed & Breakfast is on wooded acreage and rolling lawn at the back to Clear Lake. Spacious, comfortable waterside living on Clear Lake, quiet, with a deck, boat dock, and party deck. Great for reunions, retreats, waterside garden weddings, etc. Treat your friends to a special evening with a ‘murder mystery dinner’, spend the night and have a full buffet breakfast the next morning. Best view of July 4th Fireworks!

Beacon Hill is a family-run bed and breakfast, conveniently located on NASA Road One, between the Kemah Boardwalk and Space Center Houston. Situated to catch the prevailing breezes off the water coupled with magnificent magnolias, oaks and pines offer generous shade and unique photographic opportunities.

Your wedding and reception will be truly special in the carefree atmosphere our waterside setting provides. Set up includes a white ceremony tent, or white heart-shaped arch (your choice, subject to availability), unity candle stand, ceremony chairs, skirted registration table and service table, with a centerpiece to mirror the season.

Our company was established in 1996 to provide a restful waterside events venue and lodging.

2. What is your company's mission?

Our mission is to share our relaxing, homelike waterside living and the surrounding natural resources.

3. What does your company specialize in?

We specialize in Southern Hospitality which includes a full, hot, homemade country-style breakfast each morning for guests

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

Delaina Hanssen opened the company in 1996 and continues to personally oversee every aspect of its operation. Ms. Hanssen enjoyed a busy career at NASA/Johnson Space Center prior to opening her own business.

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?

Our most popular is two fold, one is access to the water and of course our ever popular breakfast.

6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?

Aside from hearing "it is better than the website pictures", "it is more than I expected", the hospitality, water view and comfortable furnishings, guests continue to be amazed at how long they visit over breakfast, engaged in great conversation with total strangers that most often end with an exchange of names and contact information. It is rewarding to see the friendships that have evolved from these chance meetings.
