Atmosphere is like a breath of fresh air blowing in from the Caribbean Sea, keeping temperatures around 80ยบ almost always. The island is generally cooled by a prevailing easterly sea-breeze, with no air pollution, no snow, ice nor acid rain. The Caribbean Sea around this island is rich with all kinds of marine life including fish, conch and lobster and more due to our second longest living reef in the world. Mangrove wetlands nearby provide healthy and interesting wildlife nurseries for various species of fish, birds and many other marine species.
Our spacious waterfront property spreads over 4 acres. Air conditioned Hotel Rooms are housed in two main two-story buildings of pressure treated and kiln dried lumber to ensure interior coolness while blending in our tropical landscape. These rooms have single-hung screened windows which may be optionally opened upwards in the event you prefer to enjoy natural tropical sea breeze instead.
Other modern airconditioned hotel rooms and luxury suites daily maid service, balcony, queen-size bed, private bath, and hot water are situated in a third new concrete two-storey building. These rooms have louvered windows for optional fresh Caribbean breezes.
Suites each have a King size bed, sofa that opens into queen bed, tv, dinette set, equipped kitchen counter with sink, fridge, microwave oven, stove, toaster oven, coffeemaker, blender, drinking water, private bathroom, daily housekeeping, hair dryer, whirlpool jacuzzi tub and hot water.
Guests have free access to wireless internet, games room with billiards, table tennis and darts. Free use of 300 ft. pier for unlimited, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, sport fishing, or simply relaxing.
Free access to huge private roof terrace is also available to guests for sunbathing, quiet reading or relaxing.
