The M13155 is situated in the foothills of the KwaZulu Natal Drakensberg in South Africa. This guesthouse is an ideal place to base yourself while you discover the Drakensberg region of KwaZulu Natal South Africa. We invite you to spend time here and share some of our dream. We like to think that M13155 is a place for feeding your soul and rekindling your spirit. Built in the 1940’s the quaint and charming cottage puts its arms around you and reminds you that there are things more important than everyday life.

M13155 Guesthouse is a thatched, whitewashed cottage built high on a natural platform overlooking the Bushmans River and Giants Castle. This cottage is a bit off the beaten track and is more of an insider tip than just another bed and breakfast. We cater for small intimate groups and never have more than 10 guests at a time. It’s a laid back, lovingly cared for kind of place where you feel a sense of happiness and peace. Honeymoon stays turn into anniversary commemorations just as guests become friends. Even foreign tourists return for a second and third taste.

1  Andrew Pieterse Great hospitality 2005-02-01
The Antbear is the place I like most of all the accommodation establishmnets in the Drakensberg region. Its a small place, lovingly cared for, well positioed, ... view more great food and lovley view. But what really make the Antbear special are the hosts Conny and Andrew wha are the most hospitable people I have ever met.
