1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
Opened in June 2002. The founders of the lodge were Mr. Laurie Smart, and Mr. Paul Harrison, both longstanding Zambian residents who first discovered the islands on a boating trip in 1997. They wanted to encourage other people to experience this area of outstanding beauty.
2. What is your company's mission?
To give travelers an unrivaled Victoria Falls experience - in an area close enough to experience the Victoria Falls and all of its adrenaline filled activities but away from the main tourist centers and crowds.
3. What does your company specialize in?
Luxury, personalized lodging.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
Mr Simon Wilde – previously managed lodges in Liwonde National Park Malawi and South Luangwa National Park in Zambia. 15 years experience in the African Tourism market.

6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
"We stayed at the island for our honeymoon from the 18th to the 20th Dec. We had an incredible time, from being picked at the airport to when we left, our stay was well planned. The staff were incredibly welcoming, Conrad made us feel so special and at home. We had an amazing time with victor on our exclusive boat cruise.
