Come to the peaceful shores of Tomiko Lake where Okimot Lodge was established 60 years ago. We are located 40 miles north west of North Bay. Tomiko is a good sized lake with an average depth of 30 feet and fishing is great for walleye and smallmouth especially in the spring and late fall. Our 14’ aluminum boats with up to date Johnson motors and padded swivel seats will also take you to two adjoining lakes. One is sheltered and provides excellent fishing for largemouth. Tomiko’s north shore is almost completely unoccupied land ensuring minimal boat traffic. Okimot Lodge offers a quality bear hunt and fishing package which starts at the end of August until the end of October. We welcome both rifle and bow hunters. We take only a limited number of hunters each week, (5 - 6) to allow everyone a good chance at bear. Successful hunters are assisted with the handling and freezing of their bear. We can make a special package to suit anyone's needs. Hunting and fishing can be combined and a special plan is available.
