Just two and a half miles from San Ignacio in western Belize, M13763 is located in the small village of Bullet Tree Falls at the base of the Maya Mountains. Set apart from the village on a peninsula of the Mopan River, M13763 is blessed with cool river breezes and a jungle setting as well as the proximity to San Ignacio – its shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
While resting in one of the hammocks, swimming, jumping off the rope swing or watching iguanas is always tempting; most are here for the great many adventures waiting to be had in the area. M13763 is an excellent base for all of the adventure tours and trips in western Belize.
Set amidst the lush palms and the cool river breezes, our comfortable cabanas and restaurant overlook the lazy, green Mopan River below. Our cabanas are newly constructed and fully screened with private bathrooms, electricity, strong ceiling fans, hot water, high thatched roofs, and verandahs.
There is also plenty of hammock lounging available around the grounds, a rope swing for those who dare and a large outdoor palapa with hard wood floor for yoga/tai chi - its construction should be complete by the end of November.
We have also just added High Speed Internet (but you should relax!). We have a computer available for use free of charge and are wireless for those of you who prefer to sit in your hammock while surfing the net. |
