1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
M14386 has been operating for the past 25 years. It was founded in 1986, by 2 Greek mountain guides, Michael Tsoukias and Christos Lambris, who decided to give up their occupations and invest in their love for nature and adventure.
2. What is your company's mission?
The main intention of the company is to offer another perspective of the country and to create a better understanding and appreciation of the Greek culture and landscape, as well as to propose programs on active holidays.
3. What does your company specialize in?
It specializes in adventure and outdoor activity tours.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
The founders of the company are Michael Tsoukias and Christos Lambris. The present CEO of Lead Sustainable Development SA - M14386 is Mr. Michalis Tsoukias. Mr. Tsoukias has a degree in Architecture, and an Msc in Recreation in Sport and Tourism. He is also an Instructor of Mountain Rescue, a Mountain Guide (EOOA – Hellas + UIAGM recognition), and a White water River Guide.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
"Island Hopping in the Cyclades" – This tour provides an excellent combination of activities, with leisure, gastronomy and culture. We provide a very careful, client orientated selection of hotels and restaurants, as well as experienced and knowledgeable guides offering an unforgettable Greek experience.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
“Our guide was exceptional! She was very easy going and fun, with lots of patience and knowledge. She told us both history and mythology of the sites we visited and worked with us to learn as many Greek phrases are possible. She adapted the tour as we went to fit our interests and likes. She paid attention to our favorite foods and suggested the best places to eat and hang out when she wasn't with us. The trip itself was top notch; wonderful excursions off the beaten path, very nice hotels, high quality restaurants, and a true feel for Greece that got away from popular tourist areas.
