Your guide is your own personal link to everyday life in these exciting cities, attractive and varied countryside and historical locations. Through their insight and vast knowledge, you will be rewarded with a fascinating glimpse of Belgian culture; while on your own, let’s face it, all you do is walk around with your nose in a guidebook! M14429 offers a wide range of walking tours, sight-seeing coach tours, museum visits and gallery tours, special themed tours, conferences and incentive activities as well as tailor made excursions with a private chauffeur, for individuals, couples, families or groups and naturally we speak your language. 1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
M14429 is a non-profit association founded in 2002. A couple of friends, licensed free-lance tour guides decided to put their skills, expertise and ressources together.

Our mission is to promote the rich cultural heritage of Belgium and continuously develop the skills and expertise of our enthusiastic and passionate professionals in the tourism industry.
3. What does your company specialize in?
Tailor made excursions with a private chauffeur, for individuals, couples, families or groups.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
Joyce Mousny is the founder of M14429 Belgium. Joyce is a Belgium native, accredited Tour Guide for Belgium and a member of IATM and teh USTOA. She's a licensed translator and is fluent in French, English and Italian, with a good knowledge of Dutch and Arabic. Moreover, she is an expert Adult Trainer with a passion for "Soft Skills".
Joyce has acted as a guest relations manager in for a travel organization Luxor, Egypt and has been a free-lance tour guide for the past 20 years. Joyce has travelled throughout the USA and understands the needs and expectations of american visitors. Currently she is the training director for QualiGuides asbl and the contact person for the team of guides

Bruges or Brussels walking tour followed by lunch or diner with the locals at their private home.
