GuideSource is a collective of American Mountain Guides Association Certified Rock and Alpine Guides, UIAGM guides, certified mountain accompaniers, naturalists and animal guides, who have guided professionally in many countries during the past 30 years. GS instructors have climbed numerous peaks throughout the world and trained mountain guides, white-water instructors and rescue squads in the USA and Europe. GS guides currently climb and guide on several continents and offer all skill level activities including, but not limited to: mountain hiking, cross-country skiing, rock climbing, ice climbing, mountaineering, glacier travel, mountain rescue skills, technical instruction for self-rescue, high angle rock rescue, white-water rescue and caving rescue. GS guides have worked for such organizations as Wolfcreek Wilderness Experiential Education School and served as consultants to organizations such as Outward Bound, the Nantahala Outdoor Center (North Carolina), the International Committee of the Red Cross (Geneva Switzerland) and several private schools and special education institutions.
