Since 1996 OWLS has been providing programs for it's clients with some of the best corporate facilitators and adventure recreation instructors in the nation. With experience and innovative fresh ideas it is no wonder that over 40,000 individuals have participated in an OWLS program.
Our Primary mission is to exceed the needs and expectations of our clients. We do this by promoting high participant performance through leadership and consulting services that range from staff inventory workshops, proactive management seminars, leadership development programs, team building exercises, and extensive executive coaching to expedition rock climbing, kayaking, and ropes challenge courses. We are confident that through our exceptional interdisciplinary team, our innovative leadership development programs and the Nation's best resort partners, that together we will build a stronger, more confident and effective corporate infrastructure for all our clients.
The OWLS Executive Training Center is the nation's largest resort based provider of corporate learning and adventure recreation. The company is a Montana based, and registered, corporation that operates at resorts world-wide including: all 50 states, Patagonia South America, and Kenya Africa.
The international locations and Western United States are managed out of the National Headquarters in Bozeman, Montana. The Eastern United States are managed out of Charlottesville, Virginia.
OWLS contracts with over 25 facilitators, instructors and independent contractors and employs 12 staff members. They have all been selected based on the skills that they have developed over time. Most all of our corporate facilitators hold an M. BA. or Ph.D. and have at least 20 years of experience.
