Established in 1990, the company specializes in botanical adventures and nature tours to such diverse destinations as Costa Rica, Thailand and the Caribbean.
Our staff has traveled extensively in these regions and we take pride in our expertise and knowledge. In the past, we have organized a variety of escorted natural history tours to Costa Rica and music festival tours to Jamaica and Mexico.
Our travel philosophy is to provide our customers an opportunity to learn about the natural history and cultures of the destinations they visit and the opportunity to interact and have meaningful cultural exchange with local communities as well professional people from the host destination.
We are advocates for sustainable tourism; as such we believe tourism should provide host communities an opportunity to receive real benefits from the tourism product and provide them incentives to preserve both their cultural traditions and the natural beauty of their physical environment
Our tours are designed to have minimal impact on the environment and depending on the type of tour, our tour groups range in size from 8-14 people. Whenever possible, we patronize small local hotels (and guesthouses), local tour escorts and tour operators in the destinations we promote.
All our independent tour packages are customizable. Our company will be participating in reforestation–conservation projects in Thailand and Costa Rica as well as using tourism to improve educational facilities in rural communities. As part of our effort, a portion of our profits on our group tours will be donated towards a worthy conservation cause or educational charity.
We sincerely believe that tourism can make this world a better place by fostering communication and understanding between different cultures and peoples and by helping preserve the natural beauty and wildlife on this planet.
