PPIEC Profile: Pacific International English College (Established in 1997) is located in the center of beautiful downtown Victoria with our full time adult campuses open year round and a second summer youth campus open in July and August. PPIEC is Canadian owned and operated and has adult intensive ESL, summer youth ESL, High School Prep, the GAC University Foundation Certificate, TOEIC, Business English and 2 TESL Canada recognized Diploma Programs. PPIEC has homestay as well as our Int’l Residence. PPIEC is now open in Kelowna BC effective September 2005 with Shawna Hubsher as Owner and Director.
PPIEC Background: PPIEC was established in 1997 and is a private Canadian owned and operated ESL and TESL College in Victoria, BC, Canada. PPIEC was founded by Thaddeus K. Monckton B.Ed.,M.A.Ed.Admin, CEO, and educator since 1983. PPIEC Kelowna opened in September of 2005 and PPIEC Mexico City has been open since 2001.
PPIEC Memberships Affiliations and Recognitions: Pan Pacific is a member of (CAPLS) and registered with (PPSEC). Pan Pacific holds memberships and is recognized by TESL CANADA, BC TEAL, the BBB of Victoria, Tourism Victoria and the CEC Network. PPIEC is the only licensed GAC Study Center in Victoria and on the Vancouver Island. |
