Our company takes people motorcycle riding through some of the most spectacular scenery and wilderness areas in Canterbury. Guiding people on trail bikes or four wheel quad bikes we can access private land that would take days to walk and most people would never see. With tours such as “The Mountain” riding off-road on an 8,000 acre sheep and cattle station at Springfield or the “Coves & Coastline” riding on roads over Banks Peninsula with lunch in Akaroa we have something for everyone.
Our fleet of motorcycles cater to most people - from novice to experienced rider. Our range of clients includes couples, corporate groups, fathers and sons but mainly men aged 25-50 years.
Most popular “The Mountain” 1 Day Off-road Tour does not require a motorcycle license and people get to ride high country farmland looking out over the Canterbury Plains. Because this property is so large there are numerous tracks we can use so the beginner rides over rolling hills and pastureland while for experienced riders there are river crossings, steeper hill climbs and bush tracks.
We also have a 1/2 day Novice & Children Tours, suitable for first timers or people, short of time. It is a lot of fun coaching people on their first ride which can be anyone from a group of ladies, to a professional from a city who has never driven a car. This tour we recommend to most people who are riding a motorcycle for the first time and our coaching methods have been very successful in building peoples confidence. The scenery we ride through includes native bush, beaches, snow-capped mountains, across rivers, high country tussock farmland and pine forests. We often see a range of wildlife – fallow deer, native birds, wild pigs as well as domestic sheep, cattle and deer.
Operating for four years, we offer 1/2 day and one day tours daily all year round, and multi day tours as required. With a maximum group size of six, individual client ability and interest is catered for. All inclusive is an experienced guide, complimentary transport from Christchurch, motorcycle or ATV rental, fuel, insurance, protective riding gear and lunch are included.
