I am a Tour Manager and a certified guide by the respected WorldWide Travel Training of Peterborough England. I specialize in Germany and Austria, but as a professional cover other countries too - world wide. I have been based in the fascinating city of Berlin since I retired from regular employment. From there I can easily reach other parts of Germany. My expertise is Berlin and to that effect I have written a book "Berlin A journey in time and place" a history and guide in one volume.

I began this service in 2006 in order to share my fascination with this amazing city.

I specialize in the history of the city.

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

I am very much a one man band and began these activities after leaving my employment of 24 years with the Metropolitan Police.

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?

My most popular tour is my "Berlin through the ages" tour. It is an all day tour and gives the visitor a real feel for the city and it's history and people.

6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?

Your detailed and imaginative planning of our walks each day made them unforgettable! Your comprehensive knowledge of Berlin, your anecdotes and vignettes about people and places, and your unfailing humor and patience contributed to a wonderful experience. We've engaged guides for daytrips in many cities in the past two decades and have appreciated how they enhanced our understanding; even so, by comparison, you vaulted to the "top of the class".
