1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
We launched our company in 2006 with the mission and objective to facilitate traveler's experiences in Mexico, a country with deep cultural traditions and a vibrant contemporary present. Having lived and traveled in Mexico for over 30 years, we have the experience and sensibilities to showcase this amazing country and to introduce you to its people.
2. What is your company's mission?
To take curious travelers inside Mexico to learn about the history and culture through Art, Textile Traditions, Cuisine, Festivals and Ancient Ruins and Present-Day Communities.
3. What does your company specialize in?
We specialize in: Art History Tours in Mexico City and Oaxaca; Textile Tours in Oaxaca and Chiapas, including a Rebozo Tour in Central Mexico; Culture and Cuisine Tours in Oaxaca,Puebla,Mexico City,Yucatan and Campeche; Festivals Tours such as Day of the Dead in Michoacan and Night of the Radishes, Christmas in Oaxaca!
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
Founder and owner, Stephanie Schneiderman has lived and traveled throughout Mexico for over 30 years. Her vast experience in and passion for Mexico have taken her to the bottom of the Copper Canyon, to the jungles of Chiapas and much in between. "Mexico is a vast and diverse country and it would take several lifetimes to see it all", she says.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
Mexico City 101 gives travelers the highlights of Mexico City and leaves them amazed by the rich history and dynamic cultural scene (including art and cuisine)that this world capital city offers. Oaxaca and Chiapas are also popular destinations and we've been running our Day of the Dead Tour in Michoacan consecutively since 2006. Travelers love this meaningful travel experience!
