Small independent eco-resort and spa (15 rooms) in the eastern province of Chantaburi in Thailand. The resort is located on the small peninsula of Kung Wiman which is on the coast of the Gulf of Thailand and 220 kilometres from Bangkok. It is a family-run resort and the owners are Surin Laopha and Bronwen Evans. Surin Laopha has more than 15 years experience as a massage therapist, is a Thai national and a registered hotel operator. Bronwen Evans is a New Zealand national married to Surin and living in Thailand. She has more than 18 years experience as a business journalist and more than seven years experience as a communications consultant advising large Thai companies.
