Our studio was founded in 2004 by Monica Angelucci, who has been teaching Yoga in the Prague community for 4 years. Monica believes that yoga is not about the poses, rather it is about learning to be present in every moment, beginning with the body. She believes that the greatest gift one can give is the ability to be present with yourself and the community of people in your life. |
