I am a professional tourist guide. Having obtained a degree in History, Politics and Economics in 1982 I sat my tour guiding exam the following year and became a Blue Badge tourist guide. Now I work as a tourist guide and as a programme coordinator for Incentive groups. I have also contributed travel articles for the Irish Tourist Board's travel brochures. Several Travel Companies have contracted me to put together new and exciting tours. I also write tour descriptions for Travel Companies.
