1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
I have started with provision of tourist guide services in 1989 and this activity was fully developed since 1991. Starting from local tourist guide I have been continuously extending range of activities and visits to places which are the best loved by tourists.
2. What is your company's mission?
Provide guided services to the most frequently visited places in Bratislava and in Central European region. For special visits and in case of need I provide clients with translation and interpretation services.
3. What does your company specialize in?
Guided services aimed at history, cultural and public events of whatsoever type and character. In case of need I provide translation and interpretation services, as well.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
Founder and owner is me, personally. I am experienced and skilled in providing tourist guide services for more than 22 years. Activities are aimed, in particular at territory of Slovakia and neighbouring countries (Austria, Hungary, Poland and Czech republic)
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
Bratislava and West Carpathian region (Castle Devín, Cervený kamen), Carpatian wine route (Pezinok, Modra), Romans on the Danube (Gerulata, Carnuntum), Habsburgs and their life in Bratislava and its vicinity (Castle Schlosshof)and many other activities tailored to the client needs.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
Many a time I' ve received personal thanks with saying – you did a good job. With some clients I am in touch for many years and we send each other
e-mails nearly every day.
