Ecological wilderness adventure is a relatively new company but senior management team have a combined experience of forty years in the tourism industry.

We are safari outfitter, based in Aruaha Tanzania, offering customised safaris for individual and small groups this is backed by experienced and dedicated team of proffesionals staffs.

1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

We have been in business since 2002. After beeing guiding for more that 14 years I decided to start my own company.

2. What is your company's mission?

Our mission is to work with our client to get the best Itinerary they want as the safari are once in the life time, so we want to make it special

3. What does your company specialize in?

We are specializing on safaris in Tanzania.

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

The owner is Brian Mengoriki, as well as Senior safari guide. He was born in Northen Tanzania,and grew up in Ngorongoro Conservation Area where his parents used to work, accompaning his father and uncle in the bush help him to aquire the amount of wildlife, flora and fauna knowledge, after his school he joined Malihai Clubs of Tanzania for more wildlife training. He also attend more guiding training in East and Southern Africa.

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?

Because this trips mostly concide with the Wildebeest Migration which is phenomenal, and lots of photographer like to participate.

6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?

“I can't imagine having a better safari experience than that provided by M15850. Owner and master guide Brian Mengoriki is well-versed in animal behavior and can identify a bird from a brief song or fleeting look. He is also kind and patient offering explanations that both delight and enlighten. Brian's roots in the area are deep. His father worked in the Park Service at Ngorongoro Crater for many years. Brian grew up there and obviously enjoys showing visitors the many wonders of East Africa. Brian's staff provides everything from hand-washed laundry to home-cooked meals so that visitors feel welcome and at home. We can honestly say that Brian and his staff are the ... view more reason we had such a great experience. He and his team made the difference. Brian himself is an amazing guide and an excellent safari companion. He is very competent and knows his field inside and out. His breadth of knowledge is amazing-he educates you without you being aware of it. His vision is staggering, spotting animals with his naked eyes while we would struggle to see with our powerful binoculars. His natural enthusiasm for the wildlife and their environment is contagious and one comes away with a whole new respect for the eco-system. We always felt safe, comfortable and well looked after. My husband and I agree that this was the best trip/experience that we have ever had. We are still dreaming of Tanzania and all of our adventures. As you know we have ... view more been in Africa before and what we enjoyed this time most is the private character of the tour - so all our individual wishes for a safari were taken care for by Festo on our game drives and later by the staff in the Ndutu Luxury Mobile camp. We enjoyed in Tansania the very different and often changing landscape, the possibility to have a short look into everyday life when passing by car during villages or little cities and - above all the chance to stay at the wildlife whenever we wanted, be it big or small animals and how long we wanted as we had the car on our own - with the perfect guidance and high flexibility of Festo of course. We appreciated very much his ability to search and find the wildlife, to give all the good explanations and answer to all our questions, to position the car in the perfect way considering background for the photos, the sunlight and - most important for the cheetah\'s hunting or watching the migration - considering the next move of the animals. So our high expectations of watching animals were exceeded and we will remember these holidays for a long time.
