My family traveled to Egypt via cruise ship in November. Our party consisted of 6 people. M15891 arranged for a driver to pick us up and transfer us to Giza
... view more where she met us for a wonderful tour of the pyramids. She then took us to an excellent restaurant with a view of the pyramids, definitely a highlight. We then had time for shopping before returning to Alexandria and our cruise ship for the evening. The following day our driver again met us at the port and we met up with an associate who took us around the sites of Alexandria. She did an excellent job showing us almost everything there was to see in the city. She let us pick what we wanted to do and when we had enough she escorted us back to the port and we said our good-bye's. This was definitely worth the money we spent to have a personal tour of both the pyramids and the city of Alexandria. Highly recommended! |

This client is an Indian guest, she asked me to buy her train tickets on the sleeper train although she didn't give me money to buy the tickets for her and
... view more it was very expensive, i agreed to buy the tickets for her from Luxor to Cairo but unfortunately her trip was in a very busy time/high season so no tickets were available on the sleeper train. When we told her that there is no tickets available and she should take the sitting train first class instead she refused and become very nervous, she shout us and we don't know why? as it was out of our hands how can I buy her sleeping train tickets with no availability and all the tickets were sold out!!
We told her that there are two options she should choose from: take the overnight sitting train or the plane. She refused and chose to stay at hotel that night in Luxor and not to take the sitting train or the flight to Cairo.
She was waiting for the sleeper train tickets however we told her that it's hard to get tickets on that night.
Next day we got the sleeper train tickets for her and she asked me to pay for that night at her hotel in Luxor 400 Egyptian pounds and also 1000 Egyptian pounds for one night at hotel in Cairo which she lost because she spent that night in Luxor!! Of course we told her that it's her fault not our fault as she should buy the sleeper train tickets one month or two weeks before she come but she asked for them just two days before her arrival!! Also she had two choices as she could take the sitting train first class or the flight instead.
Finally I paid her 400 Egyptian pounds from my pocket for her night at hotel in Luxor but she isn't happy and asked me to pay the 1000 pounds for the other night at Cairo hotel.

Had the payment for entire tour. Did not book tickets for train. The whole day they kept saying tickets would be with in 15mnts from morning till midnight, when
... view more an agent turns up and says no tickets for sleeper train and could go by siting train. Ended staying another night in Luxor when were supposed to be in Cairo. Lost one day, ended in cheap accommodation.
No show in Cairo and took all our money. When asked to return money, said it was our fault and said could report to anyone, but would not return our money. Do not go for these trips. Very poorly organized. They take your money and then vanish guides speak very little English. Make you pay hundreds of pounds in tips. |

While in Cairo and Alexandria we travelled with Naglaa with her husband Sameh as our driver. They make a great team! Naglaa is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. She always accomodated our special requests (even to visit Sameh's business!)
Outside of Cairo, in Aswan and Luxor we were referred to excellent guides, as well.
We had considered joining a large group tour, but I dont think we could have experienced Egypt in the same way without Naglaa. It was a perfect holiday, and I highly recommend Naglaa. You will have the trip of lifetime, and make a dear frined in the process.
