The General Director and founder of company Nikolay Shustrov, member of USSR National Team of Alpinism, is still working with a groups as a Mountain Guide.

Our guides have rich travel experience, high professional level and necessary leader stage.
Accompanying group, they promote success in every possible way, willingly share his experience and knowledge, and, the most important, they reduce to minimum any risk elements, which are inevitably holders of such travels. For increase the professional level for the guides, they participated in the international guide school in 1993 and 1994, organized by National School of Ski and Alpinism (l'ENSA, Chamonix, France) on Caucasus. Now their high qualification is confirmed with diplomas both Russian and l'ENSA. All of them speak in English, some of them speak in French and other languages.
