Our company is located 40 kilometers from the Matei Airport on Taveuni, Fiji Islands. Perfectly positioned on 5 acres of oceanfront land with deep-water frontage and an extinct volcano behind (900 meters high) as a dramatic background, the resort was rebuilt in 2006/07.
Previously known as Susies Plantation Resort for over 20 years, the resort was purchased by Allan and Terri Gortan in 2006. With Resort Managing and Sales experience both in Fiji and Australia, Allan & Terri understand the importance of offering a genuine Fijian experience to their Guests. Fijian hospitality comes easily and naturally in Paradise.
Reconstruction of the property began in 2006 with the owners wanting to mirror the natural beauty of this oceanfront paradise in the accommodation and the facilities, Allan and Terri visualized a reflection of the Fijian architecture, the people and their values and created Paradise.
Please be advised that Paradise will be undergoing refurbishment in various degrees over the next 4 months, due for completion at the end of August 2007, in order to beautify and upgrade the Resort. Therefore, the owners are happy to offer discounted accommodation rates.
The resort's maximum capacity is currently 20 guests inviting visitors to enjoy a secluded and private vacation. The directors of the resort believe in sustaining the environment and the people of the area in order to ensure a bright future for the resort and the community. |
