1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
1991, I started to share my passion as a stone carver.I was also teaching in the fine art school in Menton france and Lugano, swizerland. I love sculpting and teaching to people from all around the world sharing the same passion. I see happy people creating and feeling well being in this art retreat.
We also offer meditation and yoga courses
2. What is your company's mission?
my company mission goes far beyond just teaching art or stone carving. Very few people in this world still teach stone carving, so I continue to transmit a tradition. Also beyond art workshops, there is also a philosophy, state of well being. While we transform the materials (clay, stone, wood) we also transform ourself through these experiences into "complete human beings" !!!

3. What does your company specialize in?
We offer different workshops such as sculpting, painting and drawing , sailing and sculpting.
These workshops are located in the most beautiful part of the world where culture and tradition is a source of creativity
on the italian riviera, at the border of France and Italy, all the great masters choosed to live and create there (Monet,Picasso,Chagall,Matisse,Renoir)
during these workshops you also have the possibility to visit their home and museums

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
Nicole Durand has been teaching art in USA, Italy, France and Swizerland.
Her collection as an artist is in many museums

Nicole Durand is a very famous stone carver and the artist village where she is located, is a dreaming place for artists.
A little paradise full of authenticity, very unique.
In this village overlooking the beautiful mediterranee, artists from all other the world create and share the same passion, smiling !!!!!

the best compliments I received from my clients is when they return.
most of them have been coming back for 10 years !!!and they are still not bored with me.
One client has been coming for 20 years.
