M16345 is a young Destination Management company serving South East Asia, primarily Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam, and was conceived in mid 2006. We bring new efficiencies in helping our guests plan a wonderful holiday in the region, and our mission is to provide you with a memorable experience by leading you away from the usual tourist routes in favor of ‘hidden gems’ such as unspoilt landscapes, unusual attractions, and bringing genuine interaction with the local people and their fascinating lifestyles.
Most of our holiday tours are tailor made, customized trips for single travelers, couples and small-groups. We design a tour to your specifications, making all arrangements such as: accommodation; sightseeing; activities; transportation; excellent guides; and regional flights etc. Our high level of service and experience leaves you to have a hassle free, high-quality and unforgettable vacation. As such all the tours we feature are suggestions to whet your appetite.
We hope they will excite and inspire you, yet please feel free to suggest your own ideas. Aside from highlights and must-see sites, we are constantly researching new ideas and strive to provide deep and real cultural contact. This may include pre-arranged and spontaneous activities such as home visits, language lessons, cooking classes, school visits, and visiting the many good cause organizations in the region - things we feel are the real rewards of experiencing fascinating South East Asia. Such activities support our guiding principle of Responsible Tourism - we believe in an approach to tourism that involves grass roots local participation - utilizing tourism to facilitate poverty alleviation.
M16345 is a partnership between a Cambodian and a westerner who has been living in Cambodia since 2004. Between them they have over 15 years experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, much of that at a management level, and have traveled widely. As such we encompass the perfect blend of centuries old South East Asian grace, charm, and hospitality with contemporary western tourism management methods, ensuring that our guests can not only arrange their holiday stress-free, but will enjoy the warm welcome and be treated to the genuine traditional hospitality the region is famed for once they arrive.
We pride ourselves on having one of the best quality to cost ratios in the business. This does not mean we are the cheapest provider of holidays in South East Asia, however as a result of our management efficiencies, for the level of service quality, innovative tour ideas, and comfort that our guests enjoy, it will be very difficult to find a comparably priced package elsewhere.
If you are looking at staying in $5 backpacker guest houses; traveling on the back of unlicensed, uninsured motorbike taxis; having untrained, unlicensed tour guides; scrimping on $2 low quality meals; traveling on overcrowded, hot and stuffy public transport; and just following the well-worn tourist trail, then M16345 is definitely not the travel partner for you.
However, if you wish to stay in the excellent hotels the region has to offer; travel in modern air-conditioned, insured private vehicles; experience the wealth of knowledge and special insights that fully trained local guides have to offer; indulge in the regions fine dining establishments; explore the many interesting ‘hidden gems’ off the tourist trail; and return home having had the most memorable holiday for all the right reasons, then M16345 definitely is the travel partner for you.
