Our company has become a successful and popular Indonesian tour operator with its special character of trekking and adventure and fully concentrated on the custom, the primitive culture of Papua.
1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
We have been in travel business since year 2000 untill now but I am (my self) as a director have been experienced since 1991 in Papua as a tour guide in discovering remote areas, primitive people. starting from 2004 to 2009 we have so many clients but now number of clients totally goes down.
2. What is your company's mission?

3. What does your company specialize in?
We specializing for culture, nature and indigenous people of Papua with trekking, adventure and expeditions through the real jungle/forest (not in the town), so we just concentrate to have the clients who are interested with nature, culture and primitive local people in Papua.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
My name is Athan Ginting (Ibastanta Ginting), in Papua guide book from 1992-1999 that my name " Athan Ginting" was mentioned there as one of the best tour guide in Papua who specialized for the trekking tour, adventure and expeditions. Since year 2000 I built the company called "M16406"
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
Baliem Valley package are the cheapest tour package we can sell out, other packages except Baliem valley are too expensive to the clients due to local transport (land, air, sea) is very expensive so just a few travelers can able to buy for such expensive packages.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
The tour package that we offered is so amazing and they have got excelent service and promise to recomend to the other traveler for coming to papua with M16406.
