1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
Our business is operating since 1996 after working for different companies from all over the world.
2. What is your company's mission?
To provide the maximum of fun and knowledge of culture and geografy of Chile and Argentina.
3. What does your company specialize in?
We have the experience of many years providing tourist services and expeditions for people and companies.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
The founder is Enrique Pavez Ojeda. Have a degree in tourism, management and marketing. Working for 20 yeasr as international trip leader for leisure and outdoors activities.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
The most popular package is Cycling in Chile´s lake district because we had many clients satisfied with our product.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
Hi Enrique,
Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our bicycle tour in the Lake District. We loved the country and the places you had arranged for us to stay. It very much fitted our travelling style and what we wanted to do and see. We also appreciated Felipe and Alvano - who are fine young men. They took good care of us and were quite accommodating. We told both of them if they ever wanted a vacation in England to look us up. Please say hello to them from us and thank them on our behalf. We feel badly that we didn't get a chance to say goodbye to Felipe.
