M16457 is a company involved in raising cultural and artistic awareness of the Greek Islands, promoting their unique civilization and supporting local artists, tutors and students with seminars and workshops. Our experience and knowledge of the Aegean, along with the help of the local communities, have allowed us to create fine art holidays, aimed to bring people from abroad closer to the customs, traditions, the unspoilt surroundings and the people of these islands.
The company was founded by the director Babis Tsoutsas and the photographer Anna Wenneker, operating on the islands of Paros and Patmos. The choice of islands was not by chance, but based on the many years of experience that Babis had for Paros and Anna had for Patmos. Soon the team was joined by some of the best tutors like Nikos and Ritsa in Patmos with their raku pottery studio, Alkistis or Caroline, Mary and Alkmini. Now the company is operating the summer courses, organizes various seminars, exhibitions and producing videos and films (for the national gallery of Greece, short films, documentaries, etc). |
