Base of operations: Sri Lanka
We are one of the leading Destination Management Companies (DMCs) in Sri Lanka. As such, we represent over 50 of the world's leading tour operators. We handle shore excursions and stopover holiday programmes in Sri Lanka for cruise lines and airlines.
Our vehicle fleet is one of the largest in Sri Lanka. Therefore, our transport rates are very competitive. This helps us to generate, possibly, the largest number of round trips on a weekly basis. This in turn helps to maintain extremely competitive rates with the hotels islandwide. As a policy, we do not work exclusively with a specific hotel chain. Hence, we are able to confirm accomodation for you at any hotel of your choice - even when rooms are in short supply. This excellent relationship provides us competitive rates as well as a wide choice of excursions.
We actively participate and invest in promotions with our principals. We regularly host and subsidies agents' educational tours, press tours and inspection trips for staff. We also undertake special promotions such as brochure launches, food promotions and presentations. We gather information pertinent to tourism, which we make available to principals on a monthly basis.
Our commitment to excellence is very high. In fact, we are the only DMC in Sri Lanka to be ISO 9002 Certified. We employ some of the most experienced staff in the tourism industry in Sri Lanka. Our managers have more than ten years of experience in the industry. Our chauffeur guides are professionally trained. They also have a very good knowledge of English and other languages.
We have a fully computerized tour operating, transportation and accounting system. Our state-of-the-art communication system enables us to offer our services efficiently. In fact, we respond to all queries we receive within 24 hours. Our feedback system continuously monitors the services provided to our customers. It also analyses our customer satisfaction record. This information is shared with our principals and suppliers, and efforts are made to implement improvements.
