1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?

Since 2003 - The day I decided to become independent. My knowledge in history and highlights brought me to this work.

2. What is your company's mission?

I aim to achieve all my missions, to give my guests a good feeling of security and personal attention. I consider as a must to offer all their expectations and wishes. Each guest is important to me and I want him to go home with memorable souvenirs of his journey but also of me.

3. What does your company specialize in?

Working as a fully licensed driver and guide, I can offer all that my guest would ask me. I can just be a private driver for visitors looking for a reliable person, and drive you around (all over), to appointments (for example). Beside all my "Classical tours" like Brussels, Ghent, Bruges, Antwerp, Luxembourg, I am mostly specialized in "tailor-made" tours (up to 8 persons). I just came back from a tour starting in Paris, we visited Paris, The D-Day Beaches, The Mont-Saint-Michel, returned via "Les Châteaux de la Loire, Luxembourg, Brussels, Ghent and Bruges, ending in Amsterdam.

4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?

I am the founder and owner of. This is not a company, I work alone and don't delegate my work. I studied Greek-Latin-History in college. Later I decided to turn into hotel business. I studied and worked 5 years in Switzerland, later in Sweden, and finally returned to Belgium (my home country). Thus, I have a career of nearly 35 years as hotel concierge, chief-concierge and vice-president of the "Intl. Clefs d'Or Association " (Golden Keys).

5. What is your most popular travel package and why?

The tour "Ghent and Bruges" is the most popular tour. These 2 towns are unique in history and style (11C.-17C.) historical centers. They also offer some unique scenes.

6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?

This is some kind of a private letter from a Lady traveling with her grandson, but I can't publish it. I made her last trip so unforgettable, she would remeber these cares I gave for ever. I got plenty of testimonials I would be happy to communicate on request.
