M17450 - Guesthouse / Pension Garni founded in 1991, is wholly owned by Evelyne Nihouarn. The M17450 - Guesthouse / Pension Garni has always participated voluntarily and proudly in the rigorous yearly quality control of the Icelandic Tourist Board.
It was the first guesthouse in Reykjavík to be given a two star rating. M17450 - Guesthouse / Pension Garni is also a founding member of the Icelandic Travel Industry Association (SAF).
