1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
M17992 has been in existance since 2004 and it was started when we realised that the majority of operators in Uganda were targeting the Top end and Bottom end clientele. so M17992 wanted to fill in the gap by offering Mid-range facilities and packages.
2. What is your company's mission?

3. What does your company specialize in?
We specialize in private and group tours to Uganda and Rwanda. Our packages avail clients an opportunity to primate viewing, wildlife adventures, Birdwatching, Cultural exchange, Angling, Mountaineering and Adventure.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
Mr. Ignatius Nakishero is the owner. He has a rich experience in the tourism field with a good 33 years working uninterrupted on Ugandas tourism. Mr. Nakishero was trained in Italy and Neitherlands in tourism management and he has worked in the sector throughout his life. He first worked with Uganda Tourist Development Corporation as a Sales Executive. Then managed the State owned Uganda Tours and Travel for 7 years. After which he worked on a World Tourism Organisation (WTO) Project in Uganda - Tourism Rehabilitation and Development Program as a counter-part to the Marketing Consultant. This project set policies and plans for the revival of tourism in Uganda after many years of turmoil. Thereafter, he joined the Uganda Tourist Board as the Marketing Manager for 10 years. During most of that period, he also worked in the acting position as the General Manager of the Tourist Board.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
The most popular package is "The best of Uganda". Why...it shows cases Ugandas key tourist attractions and in just 10 days, one can visit 5 of Ugandas most beautiful parks and places and get the a life-time opportunity to see some of the endengered species like the Mountain gorilla and Chimpanzees.
